If you wish to return a package, please notify us by sending an email to Contact. The cost of returning the package is the responsibility of the customer.

Sometimes, you might want to return your order—maybe the product isn’t what you expected, or there’s another reason you’d like to send it back. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Simply email us at Contact to let us know.

 

Once you’ve cancelled, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon receipt, we will refund the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the package to us is your responsibility. These costs are typically between €4.00 and €8.00 per package; check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. To initiate this process, contact us at Contact. Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll refund the owed amount within 14 days.

 

If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may charge for any depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning.
