Processing of Personal Data by FOTB

 

FOTB processes your personal data when you participate in an activity or are placed on a waiting list for an activity you wish to join. We also process the personal data of FOTB employees, interns, and volunteers. In every case, we handle your data with the utmost care and confidentiality. We have also implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

 

Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Activity Participants
When you participate in an FOTB activity, we collect certain personal information such as your name and age, and in some cases, your full address. This data is used solely for your participation and is never shared with third parties.

For quality control purposes, we periodically review client files to ensure our staff adheres to agreed protocols. We do not examine the content of the files but focus on their structure and the method of documentation. Additionally, client files may be reviewed by our certification body for obtaining an ISO certificate. This body is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

 

Waiting List
If you wish to participate in an activity that is currently full, we can place you on a waiting list. For this, we record your name and contact details, such as a phone number or email address. This information is only used to contact you later and is not shared with third parties.

 

Interns and Volunteers
If you are an intern or volunteer associated with FOTB, we process your personal data in connection with your activities for FOTB. You will also sign an agreement outlining this. More information can be found in FOTB’s privacy policy. Rest
assured, we do not share this data with third parties without your knowledge.

 

Retention Period

For all data we collect, we adhere to the legally required retention periods. This means we do not keep your data longer than is permitted by law.

 

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not share the data of participants with third parties.

If you are an employee, intern, or volunteer, your data will not be shared with third parties without your knowledge.

 

Transfer of Data Abroad

FOTB does not collaborate with organizations based outside the Netherlands.
