When you participate in a FOTB activity, we will record some information about you. This concerns your name and age and in some cases also your full address. We only use this information for your participation and do not share it with third parties.
For quality control purposes, we periodically assess customer files to check whether our employees work according to the agreements. We do not look at the contents of the file, but at the structure and method of registration. In addition, customer files are viewed by our certification body to obtain an ISO certificate. They sign a confidentiality statement for this;
- Waiting list
If you would like to participate in an activity for which there is unfortunately no room at that time, we will put you on a waiting list. For this purpose, we record your name and contact details such as a telephone number and/or an e-mail address. We only use this information to contact you at a later time. We also do not share this data with third parties;
- Interns and volunteers
We comply with legal retention periods for all data we collect about you. This means that we do not store your data for longer than legally permitted.
